Union Minister U Aung Naing Oo Attends 5th China-Southeast Asia Business Forum and Pays a Visit to the RCEP Trade Center

On 17 August, Union Minister U Aung Naing Oo attended 5^th China-Southeast Asia Business Forum which was held at Wyndham Hotel of Kunming and delivered a speech as follows:

• Myanmar actively participates in ASEAN economic possesses, and China and ASEAN countries have also great potential to expand trade and investment in many sectors in Myanmar.
• Moreover, Myanmar will launch close trade and investment relations with China and Southeast Asian countries.
• China and Southeast Asian countries need to promote economic cooperation to explore better futures and chances.

On 16 August, Union Minister U Aung Naing Oo paid a visit to the RCEP Trade Center located within the China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone in Kunming, People's Republic of China together with the Myanmar Ambassador to the People's Republic of China. During the visit, officials provided explanations on the showcased products at the South Asia and South East Asia Booths, along with details about the sales conditions, it is reported.
